Official opening of Footprints

Footprints:  the journey of Lucy and Percy Pepper is a  travelling exhibition from the Public Record Office of Victoria that traces the records of one Aboriginal family living in Gippsland in the first half of the twentieth century. 

You are invited to attend the formal opening of the exhibition at the Mornington Library, Vancouver Street, Mornington, at 6pm on 16 June.  The Mayor of Mornington Peninsula Shire, Cr Graham Pittock, will give a formal welcome, and the exhibition will be officially opened by Carolyn Briggs, Boonwurrung Elder.

The exhibition will be on display at the Mornington Library from Friday 10 June to Friday 8 July 2011.
